Yay, finally time to start generation two! It was
decided that Nicole would be the heir, so Natalie and Nadine got married and
moved out. Nicole got engaged to Liam (I can never remember his last name
though it won’t matter for very much longer), Nikki and Nathan aged into elder
and then Nathan tragically died. Now let’s get this started!
I made a little wedding area in the park, just perfect for Nicole and
Liam’s wedding!

Time to get married! That ponytail really doesn’t work with a wedding
dress lol. Such a pretty place for a wedding <33
They were clearly meant for each other.
The family all came out for the wedding. Minus Erick, I don’t know
what happened to him. Are he and Nadine having issues???

Lol it’s that sketchy bartender who was hitting on Nicole during
Nadine’s wedding! He’s not happy that Nicole chose Liam and not him. That's what you get for being a creep!
The cake has been cut!
Nikki: All my babies are grown up and married. I wish Nathan could
have been here to see Nicole get married. *sniff*
Natalie: Darius, not in public *giggles*
Nadine, it’s not polite to stare, geez!
Feeding each other invisible cake, so cute. Or, well, it would be cute
if you could actually see the cake.
It looks like Natalie may harbour a little resentment after all.
I think somebody’s been drinking.
Yup, definitely been enjoying the open bar.
Liam: I love you sweetie *goes in for a kiss*
Nicole: So drunk
Seriously?! Why do people always die at my weddings???
Nicole: Oh I like that picture!
Nikki: yeah it really turned out well!
Nadine was really shaken up by the lady’s death.
Weddings exhaust Nikki.
Nicole: I know it was upsetting to see that lady died but she was old
and it looked like she lived a nice, long life.
Nicole: How’s married life going for you? Are you liking it?
Nadine: Yeah it’s nice, we’re trying to save up and buy a
house right now.
Still feeling down, Nadine waved goodbye.
Enjoying their wedding night lol.
It is pretty awkward to be newlyweds and living with your
mother-in-law but I wanted them to stay in this house and I wanted Nikki to
stay with them for the rest of her life.
Nicole: Ugh I don’t feel very well. I guess I ate something bad.
Nicole: Hey! I have something to tell you!
Liam: Seriously? A little privacy please!
Nicole: I’m pregnant!
Liam: You couldn’t have waited until I was off the toilet to tell me
this?
Don’t let him fool you, he really is happy he’s going to be a father.
I gave him a makeover since I wasn’t loving what he moved in wearing.
I decided that Liam would be the one to go off and work and Nicole
will stay at home with the kids. Since her Aspiration is to garden, and
gardening is pretty much a full time job in this game, she can stay home and do
that all day.
One of Nikki’s tasks is to write songs, but she’ll sit there playing
her guitar until she pees herself and still doesn’t finish a song. I guess it’s
a game glitch? I don’t know but with the way things are going I’m just going to
give up on this aspiration if she’s not going to be able to write songs.
Ugh, I hate how weird his skintone looks. Like, with those weird lines
all over it, what the heck?! I hate it, it looks horrible. I don’t know if it’s
just him or if all the dark skintones are going to look like this. If all the
dark skintones look so weird I may have to break down and download some default
replacements because I really hate how awful it looks. None of my white sims
look like that >.<
Cooking is really not her thing.
Lol of course he brought a book. You’re on your honeymoon dude, go
have fun with your wife!

The mosquitoes were driving Nicole crazy so she learnt how to make
homemade bug spray.

Such a tiny, old TV! I’m surprised they even have cable out in the
mountains. Must be nice.
To my shock and surprise Liam managed to actually catch something so
it’s grilled fish for dinner tonight!
A nice, quiet dinner with just the two of them!
Nicole don’t die D:
Nicole: Aaaahhhhhhh!
Nooo, you can’t die! Not on your honeymoon!
Nicole: get it off get it off get it off!
Liam: Nicole, what’s going on over there? You okay honey?
Nicole: Um, yup, everything’s fine. Nothing happening over here. Heh. Owwww!
'Bout gave me a heart attack! Geez girl you gotta be more careful!
There we go, much better!
Liam finally came over to join her, completely unaware that his wife
caught on fire. At least Nicole seems no worse for the wear.
Liam: They were exploring the house and all of a sudden, the doors slammed
shut and they realized they were locked in.
Nicole: Oh really.
She’s not very impressed by Liam’s attempt to tell a scary story.
Liam: The lights went off and they heard the creaking of the floor as
something crept closer and closer to them.
Liam: They disappeared and nobody ever heard from them again. Though
it’s said that you can see strange figures if you ever look up at the windows.
Nicole: I’m getting really sleepy, dear.
Liam: Okay, let me put out the fire and we can go inside.
Nicole: Then we can check out the bed ;)
ROFL, well I guess this is how you know you’re comfortable with each
other.

Butterflies!
Poor thing’s having such a hard time being pregnant in the woods. She
didn’t quite make it to the bathroom in time and ended up peeing herself.
She was so embarrassed that she ran home and hid in the bathtub. And
apparently tried to drown herself. Don’t do it Nicole!
Catching fish! I haven’t done much with the fishing skill so far in
TS4 but at least they’ll have fresh fish for lunch.
Stupid flies!

Nicole’s in labour!
Poor thing is so miserable. I wasn’t sure what to do, I was waiting to
see if the game would send her home or what would happen but nothing did. I figured she
probably couldn’t deliver the babies while on vacation so I ended up just sending her home.
As soon as they got home, this happened D:
Liam: No, please Mr. Grim, please don’t take her! Her first grandchild
is about to be born, please let her live to see this!
Grim: No, her soul is mine! Mwuahaha!
Liam: *defeated*
Okay, you’ve got her, why are you still sticking around?
Well that’s a bit terrifying. Especially since she’s still stuck in
labour with no signs of baby.
Nicole: *is totally oblivious*
Liam: Um, hi?
Nicole had gotten up by this time, obviously.
Liam: Um, would you like a drink?
Grimm: No, no that’s okay.
Grim is now listed under Liam’s friends list as an acquaintance. I don’t
think that’s a friend you really want to have… Or maybe it is a good thing to
be friends with the Grim Reaper.
Nicole’s labour still wasn’t progressing so I realized that I had the
option to send her to the hospital (this is unrelated to the Get To Work hospital
option, this was before GTW came out) so I did that.
Confetti yay!
And yet another girl born to the Carnes. I typically prefer playing
girls for some reason but geez, this bloodline needs some boys! Her name is
Brittany.
I gave her a nice girly bedroom lol
